I’m pleased to announce that the $30,000,000 minimum subscription has now been achieved. Accordingly, the discounted contribution fee will end at midnight on 30 September 2023. All new and top up investments received on or after 1 October 2023 will attract a contribution fee of 2.2% (incl. GST).

Furthermore, the unit price will move from fixed to floating on 1 October, and units will be allotted at the end of the month. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Statement for more information.

US Fund Investors

Investors who owned units in the Passive Income (USA Commercial Property) Fund (“US Fund”) as at the 14th August 2023 may be eligible for the concessions outlined below.

To be eligible the investment in the Fund must be in the same name as the entity who owns units in the US Fund.

Discounted Contribution Fee

The contribution fee (GST included) for US Investors will be:

• 0% (i.e. completely waived) for any reinvestment of a US Fund distribution towards units in the Fund. This applies for any and every US Fund distribution.
• 0% (i.e. completely waived) for any new or top up investment made prior to the latter of 30 September 2023 and the Fund achieving its minimum $30m subscription.
• 2.2% in other circumstances.
