The Fund has now re-opened for new and top up applications. A discount of 10% is available for those who invest (new, top up, AIP) while the Fund remains open.

We have made a change to our process for processing applications and allotting units. Good progress is being made purchasing inefficient assets. As at 11/02/2024, we have: Purchased 4 properties ($25.4m) Under contract: 4 properties ($25.1m) We are presently completing our half-year financial statements, as well as updating our PDS ahead of re-opening in April. The Fund has now temporarily closed to new and lump sum top up applications so that we can concentrate on placing the capital as quickly as possible. We anticipate the fund will reopen after 1 March 2024.
