The Fund is an Australian registered managed investment scheme. PCL holds Australian Financial Services Licence No 339481 and is the responsible entity and issuer of units in the Fund. The Fund is registered with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) under ARSN 668 357 837.

Investor Portal

The Fund provides access to an external investor portal for existing unitholders to view their holdings, statements, and account information. The investor portal is operated by a third-party service provider and is subject to its own terms of use and privacy policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials, including any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your investor portal account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Application Process

Applications to invest in the Fund may be made online or via the offline application form, as described on the Apply page. PCL reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

As part of the application process, you will be required to provide identification documents to satisfy Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (“AML/CTF”) requirements. This may include providing government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and (for entities) corporate or trust documentation. Refer to the Identification Guide for further details.

Where applicable, you may also be required to complete a Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) self-certification and a Common Reporting Standard (“CRS”) self-certification as part of your application.

Collection of Personal Information

We collect personal information through this Website in the following ways:

Register Interest Form

When you submit the register interest form on this Website, we collect the following information:

  • Your email address (required)
  • Your phone number (optional, Australian format)

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, send you the Product Disclosure Statement, and provide information about the Fund and the application process. By submitting the form, you consent to receiving these communications.

Technical Data

When you interact with this Website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • A cryptographic hash of your IP address (the raw IP address is not stored)
  • Your browser user agent string
  • Form interaction metadata (such as time-to-submit) for bot detection and spam prevention

IP addresses are processed using a one-way SHA-256 hash with a secret salt. The original IP address cannot be recovered from this hash. This hashed value is used solely for rate limiting and spam prevention purposes.

How We Store & Process Your Data

Data Storage

Form submission data (email address, phone number, hashed IP address, and user agent) is stored in a secure, hosted database provided by Supabase. Supabase infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Access to this data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Email Communications

Transactional emails (such as the register interest confirmation and PDS delivery) are sent using the Resend email service. Your email address is provided to Resend solely for the purpose of delivering these communications.

Content Management

Website content, including fund documents and page content, is managed through a headless content management system. DatoCMS does not process or store your personal information.

Hosting & Analytics

This Website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect anonymised usage data, including page views and performance metrics, through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. This data is used to monitor website performance and does not identify individual users. Refer to Vercel’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Data Retention

Form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@sogif.au.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”). Our collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will only disclose your personal information where required or authorised by law, where you have given consent, or where disclosure is necessary to provide the services you have requested.

Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing

PCL is a reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (“AML/CTF Act”). We are required to verify your identity before issuing units in the Fund and to conduct ongoing customer due diligence.

We may be required to disclose information about you and your transactions to AUSTRAC or other government agencies in accordance with our obligations under the AML/CTF Act. We may also be required to freeze or block your account or delay or refuse transactions if we reasonably suspect that a transaction may breach Australian law or sanctions.

By applying to invest in the Fund, you agree to provide all information and documentation reasonably requested by PCL for the purposes of compliance with the AML/CTF Act and applicable sanctions laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of PCL or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
