We advise that effective from 1 May 2026, Sharper Capital Limited, as the Responsible Entity of the Strategic Opportunities (Growth & Income) Fund (ARSN 668 357 837) will make a voluntary Redemption Offer pursuant to section 601KB of the Corporations Act 2001 to its Unitholders (the "Offer").
