Check or change your DRP election through the Investor Portal.

Your DRP Election

You made an election whether or not to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) when you submitted your application.

The DRP reinvests all your distributions to acquire additional units at a discount of up to 5% of the unit issue price, as determined by PCL at its sole discretion. Participation applies to your entire unitholding.

Check Your Current Election

If you’ve forgotten what election you made, here’s how to check:

  1. Log in to the Investor Portal.
  2. Ensuring you are on the Portfolio Tab (which is the default view after log on), scroll down to the heading ‘Investments’.
  3. Click on the down arrow ▼ to the right of ‘VIEW ACCOUNT DETAILS’. If you have multiple investments linked to your account, select the investment you would like to check.
  4. Your current choice will be listed under the heading ‘DISTRIBUTION ELECTION’. It will either be: EFT (paid as cash to your nominated account) or Reinvest Distribution.

Change Your DRP Election

Here are the steps to change your DRP election:

  1. Log in to the Investor Portal.
  2. Ensuring you are on the Portfolio Tab (which is the default view after log on), scroll down to the heading ‘Investments’.
  3. Click on the down arrow ▼ to the right of ‘VIEW ACCOUNT DETAILS’. If you have multiple investments linked to your account, select the investment you would like to check.
  4. Your current choice will be listed under the heading ‘DISTRIBUTION ELECTION’. It will either be: EFT (paid as cash to your nominated account) or Reinvest Distribution.
  5. To change your election, click on the ‘pen in the box’ icon to the right of your DRP election.
  6. A dropdown box will appear, allowing you to choose which option you would prefer: EFT or REINVEST DISTRIBUTION. Click the one you prefer.
  7. After making your selection, click the Send Update Request button. A pop-up letting you know your request has been sent to HQ to review and approve will appear. Click OK and the process is complete.

Or, if you do not want to change your election, click the Cancel button.
